The West Origin Story

The West Wellness was founded by Chantel Gardner, RN, from a simple but powerful idea — to make high-quality wellness care more accessible and catered to individual needs.

After nearly a decade in the emergency room and several years in concierge medicine, Chantel saw how fragmented healthcare could be. Patients were juggling primary care, bodywork, and skincare across different providers — and it often left them feeling overwhelmed. When Chantel transitioned into concierge medicine, she discovered a new way to care for people — one that was more personal, relaxed, and rooted in trust. Offering patients customized care through a balance of holistic and modern medicine. Meeting clients where they were, often in their own homes or offices, made healthcare feel human again.

Around the same time, Chantel built strong relationships with a team of highly skilled massage therapists who shared the same mission — to help people feel better in body and mind.

That idea became The West Wellness and Massage—a one-stop destination for wellness and self-care, where clients can get everything from preventive health services, massage therapy, and aesthetic services in a single, convenient location. We built a team of people who genuinely love what they do and are committed to making self-care simple, personalized, and stress-free.
