What services do you offer?
The West Wellness & Massage is a full-service wellness destination offering massage therapy, IV hydration, vitamin injections, facials, HydraFacials, weight loss services, and concierge care—all designed to help you look and feel your best.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred date and time. You can easily book online or contact our front desk for assistance.
Where are you located?
We are located in Fort Worth, Texas, just minutes from the Stockyards district. Directions and parking information are available on our Contact page.
MASSAGE THERAPY
What should I expect during my first massage?
Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to discuss your goals, comfort level, and any areas of concern. You’ll be fully draped throughout the session, and your comfort is our top priority.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes! Our prenatal massage is specifically designed for mothers in their second and third trimesters. It helps relieve lower back pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation while keeping you and your baby safe and supported.
Can I customize my massage?
Absolutely. Add-ons like heat therapy, aromatherapy, percussion therapy, or deep tissue focus can be incorporated into any massage.
IV THERAPY & VITAMIN INJECTIONS
What is IV hydration therapy?
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream for 90% absorption and immediate results—ideal for boosting energy, hydration, and recovery.
How long does an IV session take?
Most IV infusions take about 45–60 minutes, depending on your selection. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Are vitamin injections safe?
Yes. All injections are administered by licensed Registered Nurses or medical professionals with extensive clinical experience.
WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
What medications do you use for medical weight loss?
We offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide under medical supervision, both proven to support long-term weight management and appetite control.
Can I do injections at home?
Yes, we offer both in-office and at-home options. Monthly supplies can be shipped directly to your door with ongoing RN support.
How soon will I see results?
Results vary, but most clients notice changes within the first month when paired with consistent use and a healthy lifestyle.
CONCIERGE WELLNESS
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes! Our concierge team—made up of Emergency Room–trained Registered Nurses—can come directly to your home, office, or event.
How far do you travel?
We service Fort Worth and surrounding areas:
0–20 miles: $25 travel fee
21–30 miles: $40
31–45 miles: $50
45+ miles: $65
Travel fees are waived for groups of 3 or more.
MEMBERSHIPS
How do memberships work?
Our memberships are sold as 3-month commitments and begin on the date of purchase. Members receive one or more monthly services, plus exclusive discounts and perks.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Each membership includes a free Lightning Charger (B-12 Shot) every month, 15% off additional services, and 10% off retail purchases.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Credits roll over as long as your membership remains active. Rollover credits expire after 12 months.
POLICIES & PAYMENTS
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards (for qualifying services), and cash.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital and physical gift cards are available and make the perfect self-care gift for friends or family.
