The West Wellness & Massage Cancellation Policy

At The West Wellness & Massage, we understand that life happens, and schedules change. However, as a small business with dedicated staff reserving time just for you, we have a firm cancellation policy to ensure fair compensation for our team and availability for other guests.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a full charge for the service booked. This policy is in place to respect the time of our staff and ensure fairness in scheduling.

• No-show appointments will also be charged the full price of the service.

Rescheduling & Early Cancellations

• To avoid cancellation fees, we ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before your appointment time.

• Cancellations made with more than 6 hours’ notice will not be subject to a charge.

Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
